IT IS INTERNATIONALLY KNOWN THAT THE MAIN PROBLEM FOR MOST OF ICELANDERS IS HOW TO PAY THEIR HOUSES. BANKS AND THE GOVERNMENT ARE TRYING TO HELP WITH DIFFERENT PLANS.
